Our agency in Bouliac was the third physical agency to be opened by Bordeaux & Beyond. Demand for rive droite properties with proximity to Bordeaux was particularly high in 2016 and resulted in our decision to open in the heart of Bouliac. Arguably the most sought after commune offering all the benefits of fast access to Bordeaux and the charm of village life. It was a wonderful decision.  It transpired that for many clients Bouliac is the best village on the outskirts of Bordeaux and that the intricacies of the local market have been fascinating.
