Our objective is to assist and accompany you, as together we optimise the potential of your propertyin France.
La Conciergerie will provide you with the following :

The property management team package includes :
| La conciergerie fees (A or B options) | % HT of the total amount of the booking | Fees will be charged on a monthly basis |

| Cleaning fees | The cleaning fees are paid directly from the owner to the cleaner. |

| Pool/Gardening fees | These fees are paid directly from the home owner to the third party service. |

| One-off urgent maintenance | Should any urgent maintenance/repairs be required, La Conciergerie will arrange the necessary repair. Any resulting costs are paid for by the homeowner. | Should La Conciergerie on-site presence be required a charge will be applied. |
