My career in property started in central London after completing a degree in Estate Management and qualifying as a member of the RICS.  I moved to France enchanted by the quality of life here.  Commuting backwards and forwards to London soon lost its allure and the lifestyle in France was certainly what I was looking for.  In 2003 I created Bordeaux and Beyond,  hoping to bring some British real estate options to agency here in the South West of France.  In the 19 years I have been running the agency I have seen many different trends, the highs and lows of the market.  I have remained fascinated by property here enjoying the contact with both buyers and sellers and the challenges of finding creative solutions for vendors keen to sell and buyers struggling to fulfil all their requirements.  My role in the agency has certainly evolved over the last 19 years, one thing is sure  Im as passionate  about property and life in the Gironde as I was 19 years ago!
